Application Instruction
Briefly application instruction as below
- Clean and sand the surface of substrates
- Dry surface completely
- Mask areas (which no need for painting) by paper adhesive tape and sheets.
- Stir ProtectaKote very well
- Brush at the corner and difficult areas.
- Spray or Roll or Brush ProtectaKote
- Wait for the 1st coat setting. During waiting, soaking the painted roller and brush in Xylene.
- Coat the 2nd layer as soon as the 1st coat is tack-free , about 1-3 hrs
- Remove paper adhesive tape and sheets as soon as the 2nd coat finished.
- Set the coating
